Product Description:

How to use:

• 60 chewable oral tablets, for adults only.
• 1 tablet twice a day or as your doctor has told you.

Caution & Warnings:

don’t take ideos if you:

• have allergic to calcium, vitamin D, peanut, and soya.
• have a high level of calcium in your blood.
• have high urinary calcium excretion (hypercalciuria).
• have suffered from severe kidney diseases and kidney stones.
• have an excessive supply of vitamin D.
• have a high level of calcium in your blood.

Talk to your doctor before taking ideos if you:

• have long immobility or high concentration of calcium and vitamin D in blood & urine tests.
• have rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucosegalactose malabsorption, or sucraseisomaltase deficiency.
• have suffered from sarcoidosis and kidney disease.
• take cardiac glycosides, a thiazide diuretic, tetracycline antibiotics, and medicines that contain vitamin D or zinc, or iron.
• take estramustine, thyroid hormones, and orlistat.

pregnancy and breastfeeding:

• Can take ideos providing the daily intake does not exceed 1 tablet.
• Don’t store above 25C.

Ingredients:

• Each tablet contains1250mg of calcium carbonate (equivalent to 500mg of elemental calcium)and 10micrograms of cholecalciferol (equivalent to 400IU of vitamin D) .
