Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in their original condition.Products that have been opened, tampered with, damaged, or partially used cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the returns / exchanges criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return/exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that require special storage conditions such as baby food.
- Items purchased during special promotions or sales.
Return Process:
- Initiate the Request:

- Approval:
- Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Reviewing & Approval might take 2 working days.
- Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the product you would like as a replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly replace the item at no additional cost.
